Understanding the reviews the staff is so unprofessional and unproductive mess. Don't waste your time. Just frustrating to deal with a person that cares so little for how she does her job and treats people. Keep moving past this place.

I like the doctor she's nice and really did a good Job. But I dislike who ever is in charge of calling patients back especially when it's a serious matter. I had a cancer scare the doctor here said I needed a cancer specialist to check me out and do a biopsy. This Dr. office was supposed to find a specialist that took my insurance and refer me to them... Weeks go by I still haven't heard from this office on the referral.. I call and they haven't found any cancer Dr that I can go to🤔.. So I take it upon myself and I find a Dr within a few minutes so I call and I tell them what's going on so They call My Dr office and get my referral.. HOW SAD IS THAT?? THE PATIENT DID THE JOB THAT THIS PLACE IS PAID TO DO! The doctor here is so good I feel bad leaving this review but she really needs to hi

I’ve been wAiting on them to return my phone call regarding my daughter’s appointment and all I keep getting is a nasty attitude, incompetent service. The doctor seems nice but she needs to hire all new staff!!! Awful customer service!!! It’s time to move on! Dr. Your staff is causing you to lose patients!

My daughter had a appointment with Dr.Mireles the first week of February 2020 and She’s great. Her staff was very nice as well. I love the fact that she have late office hours.

If I could give zero reviews I would, I waited 3 hours and I wasn't seen. There super disorganized, have no control of who comes in and the receptionist is not the best either. Save your time and go somewhere else.
