A VERY GOOD STAFF. THEY EXPLAIN THEIR TREATMENT PLAN, AFTER REVIEW OF YOUR MEDICAL ISSUES. VERY KIND, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Not great with their billing procedures. This company got pre-authorization for my treatment from my insurance company. I knew how many appointments I would be able to have before my benefits ran out. I knew what my payments were every week. I paid weekly. Then when I had to quit therapy at their facility because of other medical issues, I asked for my final bill and paid it. Or so I thought it was my final bill. 7 months after I quit therapy, I received a bill for $2265.00. I tried contacting their billing office 4 times, leaving messages each time and never received a response. When I contacted the local office, I was told that my bill was paid in full. I never received another bill, and 2 years later was turned in to a debt collection agency. I have talked to a couple other people th
