Mud Springs Vision Clinic

Today was my first time appointment! I really appreciate they were able to get me in earlier than expected due to weather. I also really appreciate they got my glasses all set up and my prescription perfect. Dr. Hazen is super awesome and explained everything to me well. She also got me a set of lenses to really help with my eye focus due to long periods in front of screens. Katie was super knowledgeable about my insurance and how to set up my glasses through both. Over all, super great experience.

This clinic always goes above and beyond! They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They extended their hours to allow me to come from an hour away. Dr. Hazen allowed me to try some new lens to improve my eye sight. She did extra tests to eliminate other potential problems. She is invested, caring and sincere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Hazen is my favorite doctor. She is so knowledgeable and competent. She always makes me feel completely confident about my eye care. We always enjoy great conversations together. Everyone on her staff is fantastic; welcoming, friendly/kind, and very accommodating. I definitely enjoy seeing them. The clinic always has the best smell. That seems rather trivial, but I love recognizing that as soon as I enter because it’s a reassuring feeling that I’m going into a place that is so comfortable. Donna is so kind to me; always makes sure I get out of the office safely, as I have some disabilities.
