I can’t say enough good things about NPAH, especially Dr. Hatfield and the entire team. We have five dogs and trust NPAH for both primary and reproductive care. The level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail they provide is truly exceptional. You don’t fully realize how rare that kind of care is until you experience veterinary services elsewhere. Their approach is thoughtful, thorough, and proactive—never rushed or “one-size-fits-all.” It’s incredibly reassuring to know your pets are in the hands of people who genuinely know what they’re doing and deeply care about both the animals and their owners. If you’re looking for a veterinary practice that truly sets the bar high, this is it. Highly recommend.

Dr Maxwell and Dr Goldacker have been great for my rabbits, they try to fit you in when possible, and the prices are very reasonable. They try to explain things clearly and concisely in regards to there care. I'm very happy they are there and everyone in the practice is great to deal with including receptionists and vet tech staff. I really love this veterinary hospital! They are extremely nice, they are not pushy with anything, they value your opinions on what you want with your pet without being judgemental or demeaning, which I have experienced in other places over my lifetime. I have a German Shepherd who gets extremely anxious going there & tries to fight things being done to him, & they are still so very gracious to him & me as well & very understanding! The one vet tech, "Ian", my dog completely listens to thank God! Lol! I highly recommend this place! I'm very happy I started going there!

We’ve been bringing all of our pets here since 2008. I was originally referred to them by my Sister who is a Vet Tech in Macungie area after I had some issues with my one cat that no one at our previous Vet could figure out. We came here because they have a Doctor who is considered a cat specialist. Thank god for her! She helped our cat so much and figured out why she was constantly vomiting. Since then we’ve brought our other 2 cats and dog. They’ve been absolutely wonderful! I haven’t had one complaint yet. We were especially grateful after two of our cats battled illness with two different types of cancer. They helped us navigate not only their diagnoses by sending us to a specialist who gave our one cat 3 more years of better health, but when they did pass they were so kind to help us

North Penn Animal Hospital provided excellent, compassionate care during an emergency C-section when a kitten was stuck. Sadly, we lost one kitten, but thanks to their quick response and professional handling, three kittens survived and mom is doing well. As a breeder with PurrfectlyFold Cattery, I truly appreciate their skill, calm approach, and dedication in a very stressful situation. Highly recommended.
