Communication needs work. I called to see if they had a flea pill for my dog at the Orange location but the phone is actually at the Jasper location. Why? I don't know. Harlen at the Jasper location said, "I'll ask them (at the Orange location) & I'll call you back. If they don't have it today, they will have them in by Thursday." Several hours go by & he didn't call me back. He's busy, I get it. I called him again and he said, "Yes, they do have it." So i go to the Orange location to pick it up & Alisha tells me, "We don't have it in stock, I have to order it & it will take about a week." I said, "Well I talked to Harlen & he said y'all have it, that's why I'm here." She said, "We haven't talked to Harlen all day." First of all, this is a vets office. Really care about your animals. My pug puppy broke her arm and had to have emergency surgery. I didn't know how I would afford this, but they were able to help me by putting me on a vet billing payment plan. I was able to pay less than half down and got my fur baby taken care of. Five weeks later, she is running around like nothing ever happened! I'm forever grateful and will never go to any other place for my baby but here. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. 😊❤️

I couldn't be more pleased with the care and the price at North Orange Animal Hospital. They saved my dying puppy's life! He is home now, and 100% healthy! I will continue to visit with all my pets. I will always remember the kindness of the staff in our time of need.

DO NOT use North Orange Veterinary clinic. They are very unprofessional. We brought our two dogs in to be seen. One needed puppy shots and one was due for his ProHeart injection. We have been going there for ProHeart injections for two years They did everything for the puppy and when it came time for the ProHeart for the adult dog, they said he needed his yearly vaccinations. I have read lots of professional articles on vaccines and have found many sources that state vaccinations are not necessary every year. The doctor stated it was his belief to vaccinate every year. It is MY belief and MY choice not to vaccinate every year. I do however vaccinate every other year and do rabies and bordetella every year. They refused to do the heartworm test and ProHeart injection without the full yearl
