Jalali HR DO PA

Wonderful Doctor. But his staff is terrible. Never call you back. Talk to you like your the problem. The only way to get anything done is get ugly with them. Sad you have to fight so hard just to get medication the doctor prescribed. I left his office over a year ago because of his staff. My wife has battled them ever since and finally has had enough.

The best doctor and staff you'll find. Dr Jalali is an extremely caring doctor and is the only one I will use. I can't say enough good things about how well he treats his patients. He is our family doctor and has even shown up for a hospital visit when my wife was having surgery. His staff is a reflection of his care and compassion. 100% recommend.

Great doc but very high staff turnover. Been with Dr. Jalali 15 years. If you go here understand your prescriptions will never be what the doctor ordered. You WILL have to call, leave a message, wait for a call back and then argue with a "nurse" that might hang up the phone while you are talking. Dr j is great, staff not professional. Been trying to change docs but insurance makes it difficult. BEWARE.

New to the area, looking for a new Family Practice to go to, in calling the office to verify my insurance, and make an appointment they placed me on hold immediately, and hung up both times, with out calling back. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Ill continue to shop else where.

Dr. Jalali is very kind and patience, he actually listens and spends the time with each person. Involves you with every aspect of your treatment. Always has a smile. I wish more Doctors had his attitude and disposition and way of treating people. Last but certainly not least , his amazing staff that works extremely hard to help people with everything they can.
