North Oaks Urgent Care - Veterans

Great experience here. Staff was very attentive and helpful. My provider, Kim, was knowledgeable and very kind. I had a less than five minute wait time. This facility is clean, efficient, and well run. I will be back when needed and highly recommend.

Disgusted at the experience my sister had here. She was not listened to by the physician and to make matters worse she had to sit in a room while she listened to the physician belittle her as a human for being a stay at home mom is a tragedy. To have an occupation that is literally built on serving others and then walk out of a room and degrade and belittle someone who is there seeking medical attention and to be more worried about another persons profession than you are the actual ailment they are presenting to you is tragic. As someone who works in healthcare I pride myself and what I do on serving others and treat every human with the same level of care I would give to my own family regardless of that persons income, profession, race, social status, political views, etc. Her staying at

Had a 7:30am appointment and arrived at 7am and they took me back right away with no wait. Staff and NP was nice and pleasant to deal with. NP did a complete check up. One of the better Urgent Cares to visit in the area.

I was first customer, so wait wasn't long at all. The nurses and np were not friendly at all. The lady at the check in desk was the only one that seemed happy to be at her job and even wished me well when I left.

HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE 0 WASN'T A OPTION Took my son here because he was having a allergic reaction that was causing difficulty breathing the lady behind the desk had NO sense of urgency and gave us a clipboard to fill out a stack of forms that we could have filled after he went back! Left there drove 1 minute down the road to North Oaks Hospital! When we walked in and to them he was having trouble breathing they brought him straight back
