North Oaks Pediatric Clinic

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr.Hickey is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He answers all of my questions, will check up on his patients and I know he has my son’s best interest in mind. His staff is so kind and I’m so glad to have this clinic taking care of my son!

My child Orlando sees doctor Hickey , we chose him after Dr. Tran left and we couldn't have chosen a better provider or more down to earth. He listens and he is awesome!

Love all the doctors at North Oaks Pediatric Clinic! I can always get an appointment when needed, the staff is professional and helpful, and I never wait long to be seen. The doctors are always ready and willing to listen and help my kids feel better. Definitely recommend!

Doctors and staff are all nice, however, I have yet to have an appointment at the scheduled time. Expect to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour + before being seen. Had an appointment at 2:30. Showed up at 2:15 and asked at 2:50 how much longer it would be. “You should be called back soon, I’m not sure how long you’ll have to wait after that.” 3:30 came and went and we were still waiting to be seen by the doctor. So much for picking up the other kids from school. Thankfully I have help. Not everyone does. Why does this place even make appointments??

Wow I am shocked with the reviews! I've always had a wonderful experience with these doctors! I went to dr Tran & dr westmorland when I was little! Now I take my son to them! Dr westmoraland unfortunately retired but he did get to see my son once! Now we go to dr Tran & she's awesome!! We absolutely love her! The only complaint I would have is that when you call the doctor & leave a message with the nurse, expect to her called one or two more times with the same questions lol!
