North Memorial Health Urgency Center - Blaine

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have been seen there by Whitney Worley a few times and both occasions left me in tears. From her basically lecturing me about my condition claiming she's never heard of it and I'm lying about it, to her then accusing me of abusing my adhd medication because she doesn't know me and that's what her other patients do. She has no bedside manner. She is belittling. She goes over her time to charge you extra for her to look things up and make sure that you are taking her seriously. I have left a review before, but oddly enough, it appears to have been removed. I came to this clinic because she was referred to me and because I need help with my hormone replacement and my adhd. It would have been nice to have her listen to me, review my records, and talk

They are always very helpful in urgent care when needed. Our pediatrician is the best Dr.Nuetkens is so calm with our little one and always provides great care.

Showed up 30 min before closing my daughter was having increased heart rate. Denied any such help I will be looking into this asap. Trash place.

My primary doctor here is so nice! He’s so understanding and caring. One time After one appointment when my mom came with, she switched to him right away!

The front desk lady's were lovely and so was our nurse but, the doctor was pushing and pushing and ignoring requests all my mother wanted was 5 minutes to rest her head down and let the meds start to work but he rushed us out very rude doctor.
