I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a great review, when they've been taking care of me and my son for a few years, now! Tim and his staff are absolutely *excellent* and I have yet to experience anything close to this level of service. Not only are they quick about filling prescriptions, but if you have special needs/requests, they are extremely accommodating. The staff knows me by my voice on the phone at this point, and it makes an incredible difference when you're feeling badly to have that level of kindness when you're getting your medication. Tim has also been extremely helpful and informative about any and every single thing I've ever asked him. He takes the time to listen and really thinks about the best advice he can provide. This was one of the best if not the best experiences I have had at a pharmacy! I called yesterday and spoke with Chloe, she was extremely helpful and very nice. His medication is difficult to find and insurance does not cover it. After calling multiple pharmacies to complain are price, I found that this pharmacy had the best price. Chloe took her time to check whether it was in stock answered my questions and treated me with respect. We have decided to switch all of our medications to North main based solely on my experience with her. When I arrived today the staff smiling and welcoming! Great all the way around! Would definitely recommend!

Transferred from Walgreens to North Main Pharmacy.. Couldn’t stand just being a number at a large chain… Love the personal service…local hometown charm and friendliness of the employees.. Never had an issue with price of prescriptions, using the same insurance I used at the big chain location. nor any issue discussing any concerns about medicines I am taking with the pharmacist.. who, by the way, is very accessible at North Main, a big issue I had at the chain location.
