Dr. Wells is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole visit very comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and the quality of the work he provides. I also want to give a special shoutout to Allison, the dental assistant. She was phenomenal—very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. The office was welcoming, efficient, and the staff made the whole experience easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Wells and his team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Dr. James Wells and his team in Mount Airy, NC are truly the best dental professionals I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Wells is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and thorough. We have been going to him for several years now and trust him completely with our entire family’s dental care. My dental hygenist(Allison) is the best! She is very thorough and listens to my individual needs as well. I also feel like she takes the time to get to know her patients on a personal level as well. This makes me feel more comfortable with everything that I have done. I would highly recommend Dr. Wells.

Today was my second appointment with Dr. Wham. He is personable, professional, and the best dentist I have ever had. It was obvious that Dr. Wham had a sincere interest in helping me. Cindy was my dental hygienist at today's appointment. Cindy did an excellent job, without me experiencing any discomfort. She has excellent active listening skills. I enjoyed talking to her.
