The staff were professional and personable. They conducted their business like a well oiled machine. Dr. Andersen has a direct approach that instilled confidence as a patient. She talked her way through the exam so that I knew what to do and what to expect. Dr. Andersen was thorough and explained her diagnosis in a clear and understandable way. I am very pleased with the eye exam and the professionalism.

At first glance I encountered FYi’s very pleasant and efficient personnel which gives the office a nice ambiance. Dr. Laura Anderson herself is terrific: smart and friendly with a relaxed sense of humor.

I had my first visit with Dr. Anderson & was very impressed. I needed to find a new optometrist since the one I had for over 40 years retired & she was recommended by a friend. Both she & her staff explained everything & the exam was thorough.

Friendly, professional, efficient staff. We really liked Dr. Anderson, she explained things clearly to my 16 year old so he understood what his diagnosis meant. We were able to get in and out without a lot of waiting.

I dread going to the eye dr because in my recent experience with other eye doctors, the appointment takes half the day and often results in poor contact fitting results. The leaders at NL Eyecare were amazing! Direct, quick to move me along and get me on my way while still making sure they were very thorough and meeting my needs. What an amazing experience!
