You're in a safe space physically, energetically...a space of integrity, authenticity and confidentiality. Whether or not you know what you need, each session (modalities, techniques, tools) is perfectly tailored to you. I've also taken their Angelic Reiki training, regularly attend sound healings and many other events held at 5th Element - I highly recommend anything offered by Evon and Marianne
