Tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and barely spoke English. Hung up on me multiple times.

Although the doctor's are very good, the staff especially Sharlene is quite rude and not helpful at all. It's a shame that nasty customer service ruins what would otherwise be a good experience.

This is one of places that you never want to come to visit a doctor. I came here because this is the only place I could get an appointment almost right away. I now see why. The doctor is ok but all receptionist and medical assistants are so rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand why people in charge here does not hire more friendly and professional staff. This office is in such a good location in a very good neighbor but people working here are not nice.

I stopped going here because the staff was so rude . So I thought maybe I would give the office a second chance. So when I called again the same girl was rude again and had the nerve to tell me I insulted them when all I was doing was letting them know that I was a little bit Upset with my Office visit the last time I was seen. So I won’t be going back that’s for sure

This office has top of the line doctors. Dr Archer is one of the best Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr Bevilacqua is an amazing podiatrist. Lenzie at the front desk is so helpful and professional. I’ve been going to this office for years and I highly recommend them.
