Dr huggins was horrible the entire time I was a patient there. Very very rude. Seemed like she was only there for a paycheck. Without any explanation or warning was going to send me to medical center for care which was farther away from my home. The medical assistant in the room was even taken back by her attitude towards me. The assistant even asked me "what happened?" And "what was that all about" and I clearly didn't know what was her problem with me personally. All I wanted know was the status of my baby. I was always respectful. The staff there don't like her. One worker said that when she's there everyone has a bad day. I'm sorry but nobody meaning your staff or pregnant women should have to deal with your attitude. Maybe it's time for you to retire. I been coming to this clinic for years, but now it's just insane you call you can't get in contact with the nurse from the clinic you trying to go. The call goes directly to the call line they most of the time can't do anything they send emails and I have never got a call back oh yes I did 1 tine after like 2 weeks.. I hate this place to bad am almost due I can't change to another doctor

I had a terrible experience at North Hudson Community Action Corporation. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time. The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Instead of providing assistance or updates, they displayed a complete lack of respect and courtesy. Patients deserve better treatment and a more organized system. If you’re considering coming here, be prepared for long waits and poor customer service. Very disappointing!

They were very nice, the wait wasn't long, and they helped me out in a dental emergency

Went in for a walk in appointment. Told the receptionist that my mom was a walk in and waited over an hour to be seen only for the nurse to take us inside and say how the doctor is busy and can’t take walk ins. Here’s a recommendation for next time. How about the receptionist tells us that there’s no room for walk ins instead of having us wait over an hour just to be turned around.
