I should have known better when they didn't answer the phone the day before, but I called again to see about getting an appointment. Girl on phone was very rude and seemed annoyed. I gave her all my insurance info and she told me I needed a referral. I'm confused because I have a PPO open access and I have never been asked for a referral. I asked her why and she stated their doctors require referrals from all patients to be seen. I could go through the hassle of getting a referral from my primary doctor, but because she was so rude and her explanation didn't make sense , I won't bother.

I was on STD because of COVID, they refused to fill out my paperwork for STD unless I paid them $75.00 plus it was going to be additional $75.00 for them to fill out the paperwork for me to go back to work. I was told that they charge $75.00 per a form that the insurance may want to get filled out by the doctor. $75.00 was too steep for me so I went to a different doctor.

The doctor and nurses are all very professional. They treat you like family and answer your questions in a way that makes you feel like you are included in your care. Dr. Alim and Shawana (sp) are amazing. I am so thankful I found them.

Super busy and super rude. The doctor was nice though.
