If I could give this place no stars I would. Connie the manager is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They over book all of their patients. Especially for Saturday appointments. They will tell you your appointment is at one time and then when you get there they have you waiting for another hour with at least 3 people ahead of you, knowing they could have called you while you were on the way. When I asked Connie could she stop doing this for the third time. She told me to find a new dentist. Bad area. And it’s unsafe. No one wants to sit in that area in that amount of time.

5 stars all the way! I am very impressed by the staff here at North Houston Dental. I told them I have a serious gagging problem and was very nervous when it came to dentists. They did their absolute best to make me feel super comfortable. I didn’t even gag with the X-rays. Huge huge shout out to Lydia, Jasmine, Betsy and most of all Dr. Dao. They were super helpful and polite! The office gave me super cozy vibes and made me feel at home. Everyone is so soft spoken, it made me feel so much better. I walked in with shaky sweaty palms and left smiling. I’d recommend everyone to this dentist, they will not disappoint and I can wholeheartedly say that!

5 star's across the board, very nice and patient staff. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. Got my wisdom tooth pulled and quite literally didn't feel a thing! Shout out Dr Dao, Betsy and the whole staff, I will definitely be going there from now on!!!

Dr. Dao's office is hands down one of the best! Before my arrival, Tiffany was so great and helped me throughout the process. She even called me a day before my appointment to not only confirm, but to reassure me that I would be in good hands. The day of my appointment, Yasmin assisted me with my paperwork and was so kind during my x-rays. She, too, reassured me that I was in good hands. Ms. Connie is so sweet. She knows her stuff is very engaging and hands on. She is so polite and helpful. And just so sweet. Gosh, I love her! Dr. Dao is also sweet and patient and very understanding. I've had some trauma to the mouth due to an unfortunate accident, and I was sooo nervous about going to the dentist in general. Not once did they make me feel bad. I will forever recommend them!

I went in June 2021 and was advised what work I needed done. Which happens to be 5 teeth pulled. Came back December 2021. Keep in mind I'm a 40 plus woman afraid of the dentist. Mr. Dao and staff assured me, I would be fine. The service was excellent outstanding PERFECT AND NOTHING IS PERFECT, This visit was just that. I didn't even feel him stick the needle in my mouth. This man pulled out the first 3 teeth and I was like you are joking don't play. I could not believe. I WAS IN DISBELIEF. THE OTHER TWO OUT AND IT WAS BARELY ANY PRESSURE. I WAS ASKED CONSTANTLY WAS I OKAY. Standing Ovation to Dr. Dao and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 STARS
