North Florida Urology Associates

They have no phone to call. Their staff at the other centers call and if you don’t answer they don’t call to reschedule. They changed my appointments 3 times, failed to schedule another, and the Dr won’t renew my prescriptions without an appointment. When you FINALLY get them to answer, their call center, secretary/whatever, is rude and thoughtless and hangs up on you when you get upset. They rescheduled my appointment and didn’t tell me!

I was in need of care and I called all urologists in clay county and it was going to be approximately 4-6 weeks to be seen. I started then looking in Putnam county and Noth Fl Urology was sympathetic to my immediate needs and I was able to be seen in 48 hrs. Then when I came to my visit the staff was very friendly, especially Jay. The Dr and his medical staff was able to help me with my problems in a caring and professional manner. And I am feeling much better now. Thank you everyone!!!

They don't listen to their patients, they are terrible at communicating aswell, and the MD is never there! I still have an issue I went in to be treated for and it's frustrating that my issue wasn't solved will never go back their again I don't recommend anyone going to these people they don't care about their patients!

I am very pleased with the staff, except Dr. Nurayan. I recommend removing his name from the Palatka office as he is not there. Prayerfully you folks can get a Dr. in there that cares
