I contacted the office for a family member with chronic health issues. Ms. Wright was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about their services. The consultation was thorough and very professional. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for my family member quickly. Dr. Henry was very personable and presented the most favorable options for relief. I would continue to recommend this office and staff.

Ms.Arnetria was such a big help with my process. She was very patient and understood my need. She made the process very easy for me to understand, she even went as far as contacting me about 10 to 12 days later to make sure I received my card from the state. A week after that she contacted me again to make sure my medication was working well for me. She’s such a Big help. Thanks Ms.Arnetira!😁

We live 2 hours from nearest office. This morning we called made an appointment for this evening and drove all the way to Jacksonville, waited an hour to be told that doctor wasn't even in. This is not the first time we have had issues. Every single time we have dealt with his staff, either in person or via phone we are given incorrect info or are met with indifference. It's too bad because we like the dr and have sent about a dozen patients his way but think it's time for a change.

I have been a patient of Dr. HENRY'S for over a year. I even recommend someone and referred others to his clinic. Recently, his office and assistant have grown careless and could care less about their patients needs.l as of October 2021. If you need a Marijuana Card go somewhere else they don't treat you with respect. They don't return phone calls, they don't fill prescriptions on time. They take advantage of the system and treat Marijuana users like 2nd class citizens. My experience has been horrendous. Please save time and money and go somewhere else. If you are not receiving adequate services. Do not let Dr. HENRY take advantage. Their is an office for reporting and filing claims against doctors in florida. Know your rights.

I went to Holistic Wellness Center in Fernandina Beach to get my medical marijuana evaluation with Dr. Henry from North Florida Sports and Spine! He was kind and efficient and the entire process was so easy with the help of his staff! I highly recommend him!
