North Florida Pediatrics Baymeadows

The place looked dirty on the inside like the floor hadn’t been mopped or swept in weeks. The actual doctor was really rude and seemed as she had an attitude, and didn’t seem to care about the issues I brought up about my son. Lady is really in the wrong profession. Only bright spot was that the intake personnel was really nice. I wouldn’t recommend this facility

Wendy at the front desk is amazing. She is passionate and very understanding with her job. Dr.Martinez is outstanding as well she is very knowledgeable, professional, and great with kids. Destiny is also very great with my children. We have been attending here since 2023, and the service has been consistent in excellence and serving the pediatric community.

I would give no stars if possible. My main complaint is the fact that when I made an appointment I made it clear to the person on the phone I was only coming here to get the RSV shot and nothing else that I would be going back to my regular pediatrician after because my regular pediatrician didn't offer the RSV shot. That being said I go to the appointment and then I'm told I have to sign over all medical records in order to be seen and that my child's first appointment is an appointment to establish my child with the facility. It would have been nice if the person I spoke to on the phone a week prior had told me this but of course it wasn't disclosed, and no one is accountable for what they tell you. Very uncaring, very unprofessional. Always a different doctor every visit. I refused to take my child back to this office after his last visit. I found a new doctor that he will be able to see every visit. Establishing a patient/doctor relationship is very important to me. This can not be done in this office because there's always different doctors. Thanks to the last doctor that didn't care about my son's concerns. You made the decision easy for me to find a new Doctor's office.

I’ve always loved Baymeadows location. The Dr Maria is the best, never rushed you and is truly concerned about your kids. Destiny Surles does my infants shots and she is so sweet, she is quick and genuine when it comes to the care of the babies. I 100% recommend this place. San Marco location is nothing compared to this location. Thank you all!
