North Florida Medical - Eastpoint

Went to crap after Doris Carmichael left to make her own practice. (Forgotten Coast Healing Center) They tried to give me a medicine I am not allowed because of my other problems. I told her 3 times that i am not allowed for her to finally look in my chart and agree that I can't have it. 3 times!!!!! I would be dead if I took her advice.

If it were possible I wouldn’t even give one star. My husband got a fish hook in his hand and we were told they wouldn’t take care of it. I’ve never heard of a MEDICAL CENTER that wouldn’t treat this. Especially one that is in a town where hundreds of people come to fish. Very disappointing for sure. I sure hope I don’t have a greater emergency at some point because I doubt I would be helped. Came in because I just needed a 10 min appointment to get some strong cough syrup for my chest/sinus congestion I have had for a week. Not a single car in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. Asked when I could see someone and the lady said that if I get my new patient forms completed by lunch I “might” be able to see someone in the afternoon at 2 (this is about 11:15am at this point. I asked where else I could go and they sent me to Weems West who also couldn’t take anyone because they were all taking lunch at 12 and their dr for the afternoon called off sick. I called the medical center back to see if I could take the 2 o clock appointment they mentioned but I had to do my new patient forms first before they went to lunch at noon (they were sitting there eating a muffin not do

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My daughter and son needed check ups and shots to get ready for school. Not only did my children love the people, they barely cried when receiving their shots and hugged and thanked the nurse and doctor afterwards. Keep up the great work medical team!

The front office staff is always polite, the nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and kind, and my overall care has been excellent! Cannot say enough good things about this medical office!!! ❤️
