We had only been in our winter home for a couple days and we took our dogs to this vet to establish with them for our stay in the area. They are absolutely amazing. We have one 9 year old with cancer and a 14 year old with seizures, congestive heart failure, and other issues. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks our 14 year old was in distress due to the congestive heart failure and we knew it was time to help her cross the rainbow bridge. We showed up on surgery day when they opened their doors, without calling or an appointment and they welcomed us and worked us into their busy day. They explained the process and were very compassionate and understanding, giving us all of the options and giving us the space and time we needed. Lindsey their vet tech....AMAZING! As visitors traveling through your area, we were extremely grateful for the prompt, kind, thorough and professional treatment you gave us. Dr. Linch was everything I want in a vet. The care they gave our pets (family) was so special. The staff cares so much about our pets and us that I have no words for the love they gave. I have have many pets in my life and have to say they are top of the list for caring for us and our fur family. Just love them. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.

Our beloved dog had to be put down on the last day of our vacation on the island. They were quick to get us into their site, treated us with compassion, and did everything they could to keep our dog the most comfortable. We brought our other dog there a couple of years back, and had the same opinion of their compassionate service during that visit as well. I'm not one to write reviews, but feel like I should when people went the extra distance to help us during this difficult time. We go to the island a few times a year, and it is comforting that our pups have access to excellent and great care in case they need it.
