I visited this clinic because a piece of my tooth broke and I was hoping to have it repaired the same day. While the dentist explained the issue shown on the X-ray, the only solution offered was a crown with an estimate close to $5,000. I was disappointed that no alternative treatments or temporary repair options were discussed. When a patient comes in with a dental emergency, it is reasonable to expect guidance and possible solutions—not just an expensive procedure. I left feeling that the focus was more on selling a costly treatment than on helping solve the immediate problem. I will definitely be seeking a second opinion.

My experience at North Creek Dental was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and they made me feel completely comfortable. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. They were very thorough and did 100 different x-rays and a 3-D scan of my mouth but when I made the appointment, I thought I was just going in for a cleaning like a new patient. I got 100 different x-rays and scans no cleaning and $1000 itinerary on what I need to do.

I was told I would have to pay for an exam since I had already used my allotment for the year. When I said let's wait until January, they magically said they could do a new patiient exam (1st time there). They stated after the exam that the repair to my denture was not cover by insurance and I would have to pay $500. I wanted to think about it. I went to another dentist in town for a second opinion. No exam was required, the repair was covered by insurance, my cost was $42. Guess who my dentist is going forward.
