Dr. Mastroni and his staff couldn’t be kinder, and made my needing to have a shot in my eye far less scary than it could have been. I’ve had blurring in my right eye, and after a month it got worse. The doctor diagnosed the problem but it involved needles in my EYEBALL! 😱 However, he and his staff were great about the numbing drops, and helping me to focus on their hand by wiggling it while he put the shots in the side of my eye. They even gave me a little bottle of refresh tears since my eye is likely to feel “gravelly.” Overall I have been impressed by this office. I can highly recommend it. They took me seriously, got me in within days when I was referred (the other office in town said I needed to wait 5 months!), and are diligent in follow up visits. 10/10, highly recommended.

The receptionists are very reassuring and professional. I was able to get in within a few hours for an emergency. They make me feel like they will help me if I ever need help again.

Dr. Gibb has completed Lasik cateract surgery on both my eyes at his private surgery clinic, and I trust his kindness, caring, and experienced surgical skills more than any other surgeon I have ever met in my 71 years of life. He has chosen office staff and surgical nurses, who truly seek to help all their patients in need, like he has for many , many years. I just love this man! 🥰

It's typically a 45 minute to an hour wait time from appointment time to sitting in a chair waiting for the Dr to come in. If I remember correctly I was delighted once when I only waited half an hour. The staff are friendly.

I was trying to find an opthalmologist for my three year old who has neurofibromatosis and is in danger of going blind at any time. I had a referral and my daughter's doctor called the scheduling coordinator but when I called to schedule an appointment for her they were rude rude rude!! I never leave reviews but these people were so rude they made me cry.
