I am a type 1 Diabetic that requires me to wear a glucose sensor and I also need pump catridges, syringes, and infusion sets. I have been a customer since 2019 and always have to call numerous times per shipment just to make sure they are sending them. I am talking hours and hours on the phone subjected to reverse logic, excuses, and constant blame. Its the doctors fault, its the insurance, we called you, we emailed you. None of it was ever true. After speaking with United Healthcare about the constant problems, and the fact they missed an entire 90 day supply that I had to pay for out of pocket, United set me up with J&B Medical Supply. Customer service came through and resolved an issue I had with a replacement. I've used their product for years and am glad to say they still deliver on their promise. They even said they were addressing the situation with more staff training. I'll continue being a loyal customer.

This company is the WORST in the whole GD US healthcare system! They promise, and promise, and promise that your shipment is in the mail. It has been a month now since my diabetes supplies have run out. I am type 2 insulin dependent. My life depends on closely regulated blood sugar. But why am I telling you this? If you are in need of diabetic supplies, do not rely on this company. The DO NOT deliver on time EVER!

Have a variety of quality products but reps assigned to you are constantly changing. Every time I reorder products the prices go up significantly. Last time, they didn't call me back after 3 messages to my rep. So I called to ask to talk to a supervisor. Got voicemail and left a message. Still after 3 days has not called me back. They treat repeat customers poorly! Felt compelled to warn others with small businesses.

North Coast Medical is a company which should be AVOIDED. Purchased a product which turned out to be defective and quickly unusable. Emails to customer service produced only an automated response. Calls resulted finally in a lame, “We only guarantee our products for 30 days.” Customer service and especially customer SATISFACTION are obviously not a priority for North Coast Medical.
