The Hearing Center

Apparently they don’t do the ear wax cleaning. But in the website it shows it does. No one called me from the reception. I booked on Feb 5th in their website for the appointment of Feb 10th, there were full 5 days to reach out to me. But no one did. When I got there they simply refused and ignored my requests.

Joe and his staff are doing wonderful things by helping people hear! They are all so nice as well. I really enjoy taking my grandmother in for her appointments and she likes them too. It is a blessing having her hear, watch TV and interact again. No one should be without hearing if it can be had at such a reasonable price and with such exceptional service.

The Hearing Center does a wonderful job of putting their patients first. Their customer service is fantastic. Cindy at the Morgan Hill office is especially friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to appointments here because I know I will be greeted and treated in the very best possible manner. Dr. Ferrito runs a great practice.

The Hearing Center Staff are awesome!!! They've been so helpful in fitting my 85 year old mother with the hearing aids she needs and the follow-up service is excellent. We think so highly of the service and staff that my husband will be fitted tomorrow for hearing aids.

I have been going to this location for close to 5 years, and they have been amazing at taking care of all the typical hearing aid adjustments, cleaning, maintenance, and the works. I bought my first pair here, and they put in the work to help me understand my insurance and what I qualified for... and will buying my next set here as well.
