My son has been a patient with them since he was 4 and he still is, staff are wonderful and know my son by name when we walk in ,very caring on a personal level and make you feel very at home and his doctorr is wonderful ,very caring and thorough and takes her time answering any questions or concerns we may have.

Today was my first visit to my daughters pediatrician since Prohealth Physician became part of this organization and I will not be returning. They were more concerned with me completing the hipaa forms and insurance forms then they were with my daughter. Forms asking me to list those that can call and inquire about my daughters health including her father. When I asked why I had to complete this form I was told it was for hipaa guidelines. I also had to read and sign a form explaining what a well visit is with a list of questions that may cause out of pocket expenses. Last time I checked a well visit was the time for you to ask your childrens pediatrician questions that are concerning. This office is great! Being a first time mom right from the beginning they answered all my crazy questions. My son is now one and he enjoys going, front desk and staff are also very friendly.

Excellent practice, the best doctors and staff here! They all make you feel connected and know who you and your kids are when you walk in the door! That means a lot to have a personal connection!
