I love this dental group (5 stars), but unfortunately I was made to feel uncomfortable, humiliated and stressed out about my returning (1 star). I had two EOMBs: one from my visit in November 2025 and one from my visit in January 2026. My insurance patient responsibility was $54.80 for the November 2025 visit, and $122.00 for the January 2026 visit. A total of $176.80. I paid $50.00 at the visit in November 2025, and paid an additional $504.80 on December 30, 2025 ($500.00 prepaid on account for a crown due in January and my patient balance of $4.80 due from November’s visit). Since my tooth cracked, I could not have a crown and my tooth had to be extracted. This resulted in a credit of $378. Dr. Khambe Worked patiently with me to restore my confidence in my smile, and in myself! She went above and beyond and her skill and color matching ability with teeth is absolutely amazing. I feel like a brand new person and for the first time in 25 years, I feel confident to smile without hiding my teeth.

Dr. Manzella and his assistant Brandi made me feel so comfortable..they listened to my needs and concerns...and most importantly gained my trust...as I have dental phobia and health issues....I made it through my procedure...they explained everything as they were working on my tooth and showed me true empathy and compassion throughout the entire experience...Thank you both so much!

The staff beginning with the front desk to the hygienist and then the Dr were all professional and friendly . I had zero discomfort /pain with my procedure and required no anesthetic for the first time in my life . Highly recommend this group
