Used to be good back in the day, but they are now constantly late with our pet meds which is a HUGE issue considering one has very advanced heart disease and the other epilepsy. It’s gotten so bad I have to hoard over the counter meds and approximate the doses just so they don’t get zero meds.

I think these folks can make anything you need. If a doctor prescribes it, I bet they can make it. Thank God, I’m healthy as a horse, however, I have a 19-year-old Manx cat that developed a thyroid issue about two years ago. She would eat an immediately get sick and it was the saddest thing in the world to watch. I use Beaches animal clinic and have for over 45 years and they referred me here for the compounding of Sweeties medication. These folks have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. They must do an absolutely wonderful job for everyone that comes through the door like me because there’s a constant stream of customers coming and going. Give them a try. I think you’ll be thrilled with the service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Without getting into 2 weeks of details (still no meds) I highly recommend going elsewhere. There is zero sense or urgency, so if you need your meds right away, beware.

Friendly and helpful staff - but if you need your meds quickly, go in person. My vet called in thyroid prescription for my cat, 5 business days later and a phone call - still not ready...I went in person to inquire, and they had it ready in 30 minutes.

I have the most difficult time calling in refill for my pet meds. No one answers no message machine. Thy used to have a message machine after hours. I have tried for days 😪
