Dr. Atallah really listened to my concerns prior to my exam. I felt respected and I never felt rushed. After my exam, he explained the results in understandable terms. This is a well-managed office with considerate people.

Staff pleasant, capable and efficient and they were quite busy. A soft music background while waiting between applications would have been a nice touch. Dr Bartlett is knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Attallah was professional and transparent about everything he did. The wait for my appointment was not in excess of 5 minutes and everything going on with my eyes was explained. Can't ask for more than that from your eye doctor. I recommend.

The staff at North Bay is so wonderful and helpful. They explain things thoroughly. The office runs on time so that I was in and out very quickly. Highly recommend.

Pleasant staff and experience all the way ‘round. Dr. Saidel is an excellent Opthamologist that I’ve been seeing for years. I like that NBEC has several locations thus making appointments easy. The Sonoma location has an optometrist and an eyeglass shop. And, most importantly, the staff wear costumes for Halloween.
