Camilo Riaño Orthodontics

I have been with Dr. Riano since 2014, when I used to live in San Francisco. He and his team are always wonderful. I few years ago the bar behind my upper teeth broke and I decided not to get another one. I completely regret that decision as my teeth moved more than I would have like. I reached out to Dr. Riano to help me and instead of making me get Invisalign like my dentist suggested. He was able to pull my old mold from my last set of viveras, which then he patiently worked with me to slowly tighten my bar and my viveras . He only ever charged me for new viveras and new bar. He is so wonderful and so caring. I remember when he would take care of me in SF and he would tell me one day he wanted to come up to this area to help a Spanish speaking community. We came to this office for my husbands Invisalign consultation. Everyone was so nice! They have really fancy tech too. The dental assistant, Andrea, was very professional and friendly! She explained everything she was doing and what it was for. Dr. Riaño was so nice! He explained the whole process that my husband would go through and was very open to questions. Hilda helped us with the invoice and billing and was so kind! The whole experience was amazing. We were treated like family! We highly recommend this orthodontics office!

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the orthodontist was late by about 10 minutes. To make matters worse, instead of seeing me next, they skipped over me and attended to another patient first. This felt very unprofessional and like a complete waste of my time. The experience made me feel uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this office if you value punctuality and proper scheduling.

If you are looking for an orthodontist for you or your kids, I urge you to read on. I am an adult in my 10th month of regular braces (not Invisalign) and I see him in his Sonoma office. I suggest you get a free consultation from Dr. Riano like I did. His consultation was extremely thorough, and he and his staff answered ALL of my questions completely. If possible, I suggest you get your free consultation with him before any others. This way, you will see how high he sets the bar for other orthodontists.
