They have incorrectly filed insurance three times...if they have filed my insurance at all. First they called to say they dont take my insurance (fyi, my husband who has the same insurance has gone and had the exact same eye exam and has zero billing issues). I got a bill. I called my insurance. My insurance looked up it and said there were ZERO claims filed. I call. They tell me something and I tell them to file with my insurance. Fast forward three months later, I get another bill saying I didnt have insurance at time of service... I had insurance at time of service. I have no idea what is going wrong, but i would avoid this practice at all costs.
