North American Spine and Pain

I had my first appointment today. I scheduled it almost 4 weeks ago. When I spoke to the scheduling department they asked me to email my medical records for at least 6 months as well as fill out the medical application for new patients. I did and sent it right over. Even emailed them xray images, mri, cat scans, surgery records since 2005-2018. Fast forward to today, I get to my appointment and the receptionist, an older woman, was extremely rude and told me they had none of my documents on file. And when I told her I emailed her a month ago she sarcastically said "I bet you did". Thank God I brought paper copies just in case. When I went to hand her the CD disks of my x-rays, she told me they don't own a disk reader and refused to accept them to my file. How does that happen in a doctor'

My accident was 25 + years ago, that should give you an idea of how many Dr.s I’ve been to. This is by FAR THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever been to! They don’t return calls, rude staff- Evelyes the receptionist at the Hanseport office was EXTREMELY RUDE & not helpful & in fact hung up on my fiance for asking questions she couldn’t answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I should have read the reviews before I went.

Dr. Pitchford is one of the nicest and most compassionate providers I have ever been to. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains procedures thoroughly. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. I have never had a negative experience with this practice or provider.

My visits are always thorough Dr. Pitchfork always makes sure he ask questions relating to you and what your being treated for. The ladies in the front office are always nice AND the whole staff works to try and keep up with scheduled patients so your not there 4 hours. I've received my back brace, tens machine as with every practice you have to work with each other no complaints.

The front desk is so rude and unkind. They need more training on bedside manners and dress code. How does the front desk go to work dressed in sweat pants and sweat shirt? Customer service sucks because they don't have a management to report to when their staff is being rude to patients.
