Just found out my MRI were never sent to doctors office. Been waiting 3 weeks for doctors to call with answers. Finally called them and I was told that never sent them to surgeon office. I pay good money to have insurance played then cash what they said wasn't cover. I held my end up all the way . What about yours. Should have already had my surgery. Just not much into playing waiting games. Do your part.. get the results to doctors so that can get there jobs done..

Dr. Norman and Racheal in the Radiology department are the absolute best. Professional, caring, and compassionate. Thank you for being so skilled. Did not hurt at all.

Front desk no one but one lady knew what they were doing.was there for follow up on magamoram act like it was my fault for not being pre registered no one ever called I need a valture no it was a follow up under old paper work and after her sitting behind desk with mask down had nerve to tell me someone with severe asthma to make sure keep my mask up thanks for not knowing what your doing (Holly)

I've had 2 biopsies done here recently and I have been treated so well. ECM EAST is so much better than ECM Hospital!
