Front office is rude. Nurse practitioner is rude. Exams rooms are hot! Heaven forbid you have to reschedule an appointment. They may also send you an automative text saying your appointment is cancelled then reschedule it for two days later. Front office will then give you attitude for not being able to come to that appointment. Very unprofessional.

The ladies at the front desk were nice, but when the EEG lady stepped out and called my daughter’s name she mispronounced it (no big deal). I corrected her and just laughed it off saying I spelled her name odd and pronounced it differently. She proceeds to go on about “Yeah, parents don’t really think about…” etc OUT LOUD. I was so shocked that she had the audacity to say that out loud I just brushed it off because my daughter really needed this EEG done. But that really did not sit well with me. I thought LONG and HARD about my daughter’s name. And even though it is different and pronounced differently, it should not be blindly assumed that I didn’t put any thought into her name and the future use of it. Dr. Mahesh was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan for our daughter’s treatment. He took his time explaining everything to us and we are so thankful she is in his care.

I’m hoping my opinion of this place changes. My daughter has TSC. These guys are supposed to be the experts. My daughter’s neurologist sent 5 referrals to this clinic. It took the fifth one before they acknowledged they received it. This took 2 months after the initial referral. They finally received the referral and we had a name that we needed to speak with to get an appointment. Her name is Jessica. My wife and I have left countless messages asking for a return call to make an appointment. To this day, we’ve still never received a call. It’s been over 3 months. We finally had to demand to be transferred to someone else to schedule an appointment. I hope I can change this review after the appointment. My daughter has had a rough time and really needs specialists. Hopefully the doctors ar

Ridiculous mask mandate in fall of 2022. Staff force customers to wear while in the facility, but regularly let slip below their own noses. All optics. Despite the seemingly nice doctor(s), I can no longer trust their medical opinions after such lazy research.
