❤️ Dr McKoy; a kind and caring doctor. The front desk receptionist ... pathetic and just plain rude. My only reluctant reason for not seeing the doctor is the negativity and unprofessionalism at that front desk. One person can screw up the entire situation for the doctors office. Im sure McKoy can do better. He'll continue to lose clients like me. Ive been w doctor McKoy since 1998, come so far (Waldorf) to see him. Im finding another primary care doctor. I can no longer deal w negative tones and unprofessional attitudes.

I am extremely disappointed with the dishonesty I experienced during my recent visit. At checkout, the reception assured me that my insurance would not be charged. I trusted that statement because she was an elderly lady,only to later discover that my insurance was infact billed. This kind of misleading behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and respect for patients.Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum I expect when dealing with Healthcare staff, and unfortunately, this office failed to meet that standard. I know nothing is free in America say that rude reception. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others."THE LIE AND BREACH OF TRUST".

Receptionist, Karrie is rude and curt!! The doctor was recommended by current patient. I read previous reviews prior of office staff. Wanted to believe those were isolated events. No, true to form receptionist is rude. I wonder how many patients doctor is losing. Because time is of the essence is the only reason we will keep appointment. Will be looking for new doctor soon.

This practice deserves every bit of this one star review. If I could go 0, I would. I am supporting a client with no next of kin (both parents have recently passed). When attempting to go into the office this evening to request records, we were given the wrong forms two times while the receptionist talked on the phone. We waited to determine if the forms would be provided only to literally be waived off and told “we’ll call you” as she continued to talk on the phone. The patient is an adult male with mental illness seeking his records to receive medical attention and rebound from homelessness. This service was disgusting. Please go elsewhere

I have been a patient of doctor Norman McKoy for years and he genuinely cares about his patients. No matter what my issues he always makes sure I get the best care and recommend the best specialist. The ladies at the front desk miss Carrie and miss Michelle are very friendly and professional and always willing to help. It's good to have a health care provider that you trust and people servicing you with a good attitude.
