I bought a Groupon and was impressed the minute I walked in the door everybody was so friendly especially my consultant KIM , She went through every step of the program with me explained every product we hit it off right away she was so welcoming and so knowledgeable. I explained to her that I was on a budget and then I could not afford to go out of my budget that I had set for the S. She was so understanding didn’t try to upsell me understand my financial decision he made the appropriate program good fit for me I’ve been through two sessions so far and can already feel the results. I look forward to my next treatment which is today, would recommend to anybody who does take him you’re awesome ! I purchased a groupon for 6 session of the Zerona laser. First off, it did not help AT ALL. I worked out, ate well, and drank a ton of water just like they said.. no change what so ever. Second after reading the information at the clinic, turns out the normal time for each session is 60 minutes i believe. Which maybe if your are reviewing the full amount it would make a difference, but the groupon is for 6 session 20 minutes each. That is equivalent to 2 normal session if you do the math. If you do the math, you are paying full price for the treatment, although you are only getting 2 session which is worthless because to notice any difference it is necessary for about 12 to be done. They do not return calls,even though the message says a 48 hour response time. Can not reach them even when trying for hours to call. Scammed on session times, and treatments. I agree with other poor feedback. The information they will give is more of a sales pitch than anything else. Not one staff member introduced themselves. Staff consistently walk into rooms where you're changing without knocking. I felt like a piece of meat rather than a client. Hard to get any answers, other than their standard sales pitch. Atmosphere is not welcoming, very intimidating for first timers!!!! Crabby and aggressive female owner/doctor, and always late!!!! Never know what time they open after lunch. Can be over an hour difference. Feel sorry for the receptionist.

Im puzzled by some of the negative reviews. Staff is awesome and I lost 4 pounds overnight the very first day. They do answer the phone and they do return calls. I'm not sure why these treatments did not work for some people because they certainly are working for me. I think this is a great value and plan on buying more treatments. If you follow the directions you should see results

Horrible company. NEVER returns phone calls, rude staff, not helpful at all. Call at all times of day and never an answer. I hope these people go out of business. FYI-Do not buy Groupon. I bought and they redeemed prior to my consultation/appointment. I called Groupon and they were nice enough to refund me. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
