NOLA Animal Clinic

We've been going to NOLA Animal Clinic for more than 5 years now and couldn't have chosen a better vet. They've been able to see our dog on very short notice several times, have very convenient hours, and are always willing to work with our busy schedule. Our dog recently had a surgery there to remove a few masses and our vet was absolutely wonderful - he spent a great deal of time with us to help us make the necessary decisions and walked us through the treatment plan so we comfortable with everything. I never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary medicines or procedures, and think this business has a true love and respect for their patients (and their parents). The people who answer the phone, at the front desk? Very horrible customer service. They do not care about your animal at this clinic! They say set up an appt and you still will be waiting for hours. Also OVER PRICED! Metairie clinics are much cheaper!

I would have enter no stars because my puppy died in their negligent care.

Dr. RAI is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the facility is also very clean. I highly recommend this vet!

Went here the other day to bring my sick Chihuahua Min Pin mix and they saw me same day even though I did not have appointment. Very friendly staff and they did a great job with chekcing Grady ( my dog) and walking me thru treatment options for him.
