I've been coming to this practice for the last 7 or so years now. Both Dr. Prahlad Gadhvi and Dr. Deval Gadhvi have seen me and my wife multiple times. We trust them. Easy to get an appointment. And once you're in the office, you get processed quite smoothly. Dr Prahlad and some staff members (whose names I can't remember) were very helpful when I was going through a stressful period a couple of years ago, and I am grateful for that. Highly recommend choosing this practice if you live in the area.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this practice and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice at all cost! This was my first visit and i regret having chosen this office. Although the wait time was reasonable, about 20 minutes, no one from the staff nor the doctor took my vitals, blood pressure, weight nor height despite the appointment being for an annual physical exam and that i was a new patient. When i finally met with Dr Prahlad Gadhvi, he appeared disengaged, uninterested and dismissive throughout the consultation. Shockingly, he was using his cellphone and was on Whatsapp while i was addressing my health concerns! Approximately one week later, i received a brief 5 minute phone call from Dr Deval Gadhvi, his sister, regarding my test results. To my surprise,

I had a truly wonderful experience with Karen at RWJBarnabas, 200 Hudson Street. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and even made an extra effort to have my reports ready much sooner than expected. Karen’s dedication, kindness, and commitment to excellent service really stood out. She made the whole process so much easier and more pleasant. I can’t thank her enough — she is truly an asset to RWJBarnabas!

Perfect service ! And great staff !! I’d like to clarify that this review is not completely accurate. While scheduling issues can happen in any office, it’s also important to acknowledge how some patients can be extremely upset, impatient, and at times disrespectful when things don’t go exactly as they expect. Staff members are often doing their best to accommodate everyone, even when they are met with anger, dishonesty, or unreasonable demands. Respect goes both ways, and it’s unfair to place all the blame on the office without taking personal behavior and communication into account.

Really great service!! Everyone helped me with all I need , doctor and nurses explained step by step the process I was going to go through, visits were fast and everything on time. Thank you for the great service!! And thank you Karen for all the great explanation!
