Please be aware that this dental office is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest reading the reviews prior to making an appointment as a new patient. I was in so much pain that after reading all the bad reviews, I still decided to give the doctor the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the bad reviews are true. I called and gave the staff assistant the information requested. I waited a 45 minutes and called back since I hadn’t heard back. The person who answered the phone raised her voice at me and in a rude tone, while yelling at me said, “Sir, didn’t I tell you that I would call you back?” My response was, “You are very rude, who is this? The most rude, disrespectful, disorganized dentist I have ever seen! I took a leave day for an emergency tooth infection they scheduled and changed my appt 3-4 times and I had to cancel and find a better dentist while I have a tooth infection. I won't go there in my life.

When I first came here I was really excited to have come up with enough money to work on my smile & pay anything out of pocket that my insurance wasn't willing to cover. I was also in the process of switching to better insurance coverage, all things I communicated with the dentist from the beginning. These people will do whatever they can to try to get you pay out of pocket & to purchase insurance through them that allegedly gives you a "huge discount". I'm so glad I followed up with my insurance who told me that I was getting denied for a simple deep cleaning because they were not sending adequate information. I am a long time patient of Dr. Gurpreet Kaur. I struggle with anxiety and Dr. Kaur and staff make me feel relaxed and cared-for.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Appointments are always available and convenient. Dr. Kaur is kind, incredibly skilled, and highly experienced in her field. I know I am always in good hands with her. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Kaur to anyone in need of dental care and hygiene.
