NJ Doctors Urgent Care - Nutley

Woke up this morning with a fever and a cough, was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Check-in was super easy and I was able to fill out paperwork online rather than in person. Also, zero wait time! I went right in and was seen immediately. The staff were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend going here!

A very pleasant experience for my daughter. We made online appointment, and we were ushered right in to a treatment room. The physician assistant came in immediately, and the doctor several minutes later. We’re very satisfied.

NJ Doctors Urgent Care - Nutley is top notch. The facility is beautiful, the wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and well informed. They gave me excellent care.

Took my daughter here last week. Only reason for the 2 stars was there was no wait time...otherwise, we would have given zero stars. They overcharged what my copay should have been, did a strep test but not flu or anything else (when that is what's running through the school right now). They said we'd need to come back, pay another copay if we wanted additional tests (which was 3 days ago, so a moot point right now if we'd have to wait yet another 3 days for results). I know it's an urgent care and not your typical family doctor, but it's not an ER either. I did expect a little more personalization. We won't be going back.

The staff is always quick and efficient. I never have an issue when I or my child needs medical attention. I appreciate their efforts all the time. Thank you and stay safe.
