White Oak Pharmacy

I have had such great dealings with White Oak Pharmacy! They are efficient and offer free (two day) delivery. And every time I call, the people are so pleasant, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend! I'm so impressed with them. A good experience every time!

White Oak Pharmacy is truly wonderful. They contact you when ready for refill, let you know when you will receive it and a time frame. They even send you a picture of the person doing the delivery! Customer service is great! Very pleased!

I have to say there is not a time that goes by that white oak pharmacy does not pull through!! They are patient they are courteous and Brian is by far the most efficient person I've ever met at a pharmacy! The compassion the care that goes into every single one of their patients that come in there looking for whatever they need they find a way to make things happen and I think the entire team at White oak the Brian goes above and beyond and I don't know who's in charge to make sure he's recognized but please make sure he is because he truly does keep the wheels well oiled. As mentioned the entire team fantastic and I am eternally grateful for all of you guys all the time never ever ever use another pharmacy White oak Always

Highly concerning how uninformed they are. I called to check if they had a medication after my doctor and regular pharmacist recommended me here. They called the medicine by the wrong name and gave me attitude when I corrected them. They ended the call by saying the medicine (which is not even remotely a narcotic) is a narcotic and attempting to shame me for asking after they couldn’t even get the name right!!! I have informed both my doctor and pharmacist who said they agreed it was a shameful display of ignorance and said they would stop recommending this location. I see others with similar issues with this pharmacy. Shameful.

EXTREMELY UNETHICAL!!!! I called because I was told by both my doctor and a pharmacy I use and trust that they would have the very hard to find medication I was just prescribed. My call was answered by a rude individual who refused to answer any questions before I answered whether or not I had been there before. When I stated I had not, they refused to take my inquiry or fill the prescription. That is beyond unethical. I rarely review but had to share with the wider world because in 2026 we can’t have pharmacies keeping vital meds from patients simply over loyalty. Insane!!! They should be ashamed of themselves.
