I went there due to my period being late which I have never experienced before and have always been regular. I expressed concerns of possibly being pregnant, I stated this to the PA but there was not much of a conversation. I came here due to my primary gynecologist being out on vacation. I asked for hormone testing and a hcg test to see why my cycle was late and I was brushed off and told that I can get hormone testing if it’s been at least 3 late cycles. I had to advocate to at least get an hcg test so I can get peace of mind and at least get an answer. I got the results today and the office is withholding me seeing my results until the provider gets into the office a week later to talk to me. I highly recommend anyone to go here. I was very nervous about looking for a doctor that I felt comfortable with. I have PCOS, and I have gone to other doctors who want me to go on birth control ASAP. But Dr. Hwig educated me on PCOS and never made me feel pressured to go on BC, and told me what options I can take instead. She’s very reassuring and listens to what you have to say, and I cannot say how relieving it is to have a doctor that actually listens to your concerns and addresses them. She is amazing!!!

I had scheduled a follow up visit to an IUD removal and to discuss my pap smear results. My doctor for this visit was Nasrin Hwig and I would recommend against booking visits with her. She made me feel uncomfortable and brushed off my concerns. I asked questions regarding my pap smear results and was met with a “im explaining it to you” comment to which was unprofessional as clearly I had questions she didn’t care to answer and cut me off. I think dialogue between a doctor and patient is transactional and should flow both ways but she didn’t care for what I had to say. Very disappointed and hurt with the care from this visit.
