As the owner of a small Medspa in Dallas, I signed up for laundry services with Nixon in 2021, hoping for a reliable solution to keep our business running smoothly. Unfortunately, what we received was far from what we expected. The towels we were given looked more suitable for a car wash than a Medspa, forcing us to pay extra for what they called "better towels." Despite this, the quality never truly matched our needs. Over time, the costs became unbearable for our small business, so we decided to take our laundry in-house.
