I appreciate them making the drive out to Forks a couple days per week as we have no local optometrist. Good guy, been in the business a long time. Issues with getting glasses and contacts in a timely manner. Otherwise would be 5 stars.
Dr. Nivala is the best doctor. His team makes the trip every week to attend to the needs of a remote rural community. He contributes to our economy while providing a service that is very needed.
Currently trying to find out where my glasses are that I ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago. Keep getting the run around. Not thrilled by the lack of communication between staff.
