Forks Family Dental

My husband, daughter (6 y/o), and I recently became new patients of Forks Family Dental. Our initial experiences were phenomenal! The front desk receptionists were respectful and attentive to our needs. We received timely responses and cost estimates. Blanca, the dental hygienist was excellent (this may seem biased as she is my younger sister). Despite having a personal relationship with me, Blanca was professional and provided educational tips and information. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Fukano exceeded my expectations! He was professional and insightful. After an initial comprehensive exam, Fukano provided valuable dental advice with our best interest in mind. He is knowledgeable and efficient

The first thing that happened when we moved to Forks was one of my teeth chipped. Dr. Fukano was able to see me right away. I was treated professionally and courteously by the doctor and all his staff. My family have since become happily regular patients.

While on vacation traveling from Iowa my boyfriend had an infected tooth that ultimately needed to be pulled. This was causing him a tremendous amount of pain. We walked in and Dr. Fukano agreed to see him even though they had a full schedule. All the staff was friendly and helpful, doctor explained everything before he did it. His insurance was accepted and he was in and out in 45 minutes or less. My boyfriend hates going to any kind of doctor and he absolutely loved Dr. Fukano. If he could make him his permanent dentist he would! Would highly recommend!

I wish that I could give this business a good rating as the staff seems good enough but this dentist office had a contract to treat veterans. The treatments were spread into several appointments that were 4~6 weeks apart. Therefore, several of us had to endure intense pain and discomfort between appointments. Due to some difficulties the service contract with the VA was terminated. This was a one time deal the Veterans Administration was offering and several of us were left in the lurch without proper dental care. Ironically, the dentist decided to provide full dental service to just one individual and even though technically a veteran. He only served in the military 6 weeks. This office does not have a proper mailing address, nor a website not even a basic contact email address. *Addit

Forks Family Dental was able to fit me in for emergency tooth pain. The staff was friendly the business is clean efficient and modern. Thank you to the entire team for making my day better.
