NiteHawk Pediatric Urgent Care

9 out of 10 experiences here have been above satisfactory. That alone says a lot. The waiting room is a little gross and I have never seen anyone wipe anything down. Otherwise, this place is a diamond in the rough of urgent cares. The wait time has never been bad, nursing staff is sweet and the doctors have honestly been some of the best I have seen. I have a child presenting signs of strep at her pedi’s office, pedi didn’t test her. A couple of hours later I brought her here. Doctor immediately said she is going to be positive and showed me a couple of reasons why. Sure enough, test came back positive.

We had a great experience at this clinic. I want to give a big thank you to Nurse Albert and Dr. George. They were both truly amazing. They listened carefully to our concerns, were incredibly patient, and treated us with so much kindness. My daughter was crying and having a hard time cooperating, but they stayed calm, gentle, and very helpful throughout the whole visit. We really appreciate the care and compassion they showed us. Highly recommend them!

Front desk was very efficient. Our nurse,Albert, was very personable and had a great bedside manner. Doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly. Thank you. Recommend.

We didn’t get many answers and I was surprised no one even looked at my daughter’s throat or barely anything after having a possible adverse reaction to medicine after having strep. We paid $100 for them to tell us to take Zyrtec. I would have liked them to either redo a strep test or give some other help for hives that were covering my daughter’s scalp and body. They were all very nice to us but lacked any info.

The nurses, MA's and providers are always fantastic. The front desk has consistently been rude and cold. We tried to show them multiple times that our deductible and out of pocket were met. They told us they could not verify it , we also had to correct them that we have BCBS of Nebraska NOT Texas. They still made us pay (after we pulled up BCBS on our end). They then told us we will get a credit and if we wanted a refund we would have to request it. The last time this happened we called their billing department multiple times with no response. Again the clinical staff is fantastic but we would get a warmer response from an iPad.
