Nishant Soni

Been to this facility multiple times for roughly the last 3-4 years, I have no complaints about staff. They've always been kind and accommodating,place is clean. Wait time can be a bit long at times but it's understandable,The doctors can get backed up, because there is a heavy patient flow, But they have never cut me short when it comes to my visits. Dr. Soni has always been very nice and congenial and helpful and explains things.

I had a 9:30 appointment and didn’t get seen until almost 11:30. How do you get that far behind in a half an hour? Then he prescribed eye drops that aren’t covered by my insurance. Same drops he’s prescribed before and been told they weren’t covered. Dr. Soni is a good doctor though. He listens to me.

Fabulous! Dr. Soni was so polite and explained things clearly. Him and the team at Pacific Eye Institute in Upland are so organized and efficient. They did my cataract removal and lens implant. I am seeing things I have never noticed before! They also did my husbands detached retina surgery ten years ago and it was at that point I knew I could trust them. Don't hesitate to use this group for all of your eye health needs.

This office is like a well oiled machine. As soon as you’re taken in the back from the waiting room, they perform all the testing quickly, Dr Soni was very knowledgeable… I felt like the testing I received was thorough…would return again.
