Nirvana Health Services

I have had no issues with the therapists nor the interviewers that came to my house to help my Father. I have however had issues with the office personnel. Even though my Father's primary physicians referral coordinator faxed over approval forms for occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy, somehow ONLY the speech therapy paper NEVER comes through. It has been faxed over to Nirvana at least 3 times. I will have to go OUT OF MY WAY to see to it they receive and HAND deliver it myself. Not impressed with this company so far. Good thing they at least know how to hire good therapists, the need to do some hard thinking about their office personnel. Sandra Clyburn

We had an aide from their Home Health Service for almost a year. All of the sudden, the aide quit because Nirvana stopped paying her. The manager told us they have no replacement and referred us back to our case manager. Now we are stuck without an aide to help my father, so I can't do any errands, appointments, or go to work. Wish someone had given us some kind of notice that things were falling apart in this company, so I could have made adjustments accordingly. This is definitely no way to treat patients and their families!

I honestly had a very bad experience, twice in a row they never showed up. Which was crucial as mom’s medicine had to be refilled. Mom had a log of her daily pressure which they never looked to see the trend and the most scary thing is that her blood pressure was elevated constantly in the morning. In the morning when you wake up and are most relaxed, any nurse or CNA doing her job professionally, caring and having the patients best interest would have taken action. I am doing this review because I don’t want anyone that needs a nurse or caretaker have to go through this and put your loved ones at risk besides pay for something that they can not delivered. “The care and well being of your loved one” To the OWNERS and EXECUTIVES of NIRVANA maybe you should change your mission and

Wow where to begin....This company is so ratchet & unprofessional it's ridiculous. The don't show up when they are suppose to....They just walk in without calling. Also they over ride what a doctor says without proper communication..If you have to use someone else please do before you use their services. This is coming from an actual patient. I can say more but I'm not & of course if someone works there they will give a good repore.

Great care and concerned given to my dad, after returning home from the nursing home. All were courteous and respectful. They came when they said they were coming.
