Even though I didn’t get to deal with them very long I still have some much appreciation for them. My grandmother was seeing Dr. Dean and each time we seen him he was very honest with us. Never sugar coat a thing and made sure we understood what was going on to the best of his ability. Unfortunately my grandmother passed away this week but the love, compassion, and attentiveness shown all the way to the end is something I will never forget. Dr. Dean and his staff especially Mrs. Ivy I couldn’t not thank yall enough for what yall have done and yall will always have a special place in my heart always! So five stars is for sure not enough, if I could give 20 I would.

Dr Hendrix, my pulmonary and CPAP physician in Macon Georgia, is excellent . His practice successfully got me on a CPAP machine after other practices for years had been unsuccessful. Their pulmonary practice recently joined with a national medical provider Nimbus and I also have, in addition to CPAP, a new device under my mattress that monitors the quality of my sleep . I have an assigned Nimbus nurse that has a detailed telephone conference with me once a month about my monthly data . I have found that this additional data has been very helpful in identifying issues that periodically need to be addressed by the local practice . I highly recommend both ! My father took off a day from work to take us driving from Brunswick, Ga for the initial visit for my husband, was supposed to have a bronchoscopy set up but that too never happened, can't get get anyone on the phone if you leave a message, they don't call you back. Wasted valuable time thinking they were going to take care of my husband , wasted money at the visit. Left messages on several of there voicemails have not received call backs. Will be taking them to small claims court . If you or your loved ones are looking for help or have lung problems don't go there.

My mom has, Shelia May, has been a patient of Dr. Hendricks' for years. He has worked diligently with her through many COPD flare ups. She was not doing well AT ALL a year and a half ago but with Dr. Hendricks help and with a pace maker, a sleep mat and pulmonary rehab she is doing GREAT! I'm so thankful for the staff and Dr. Hendricks. Five stars all day long over here!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In hospital, the PA was wonderful. My issue is with the woman who called after my husband’s death. When I informed her that he died on Oct. 20th, she said an enthusiastic “uh oh” and chuckled. I responded “my husband’s death was a whole lot more than an “uh oh.” She then said somewhat snarkily, “well, I don’t know how you expected us to know that.” She totally missed the point and the opportunity to say “oh gosh, I am so sorry. I didn’t know that Mr. Clark had passed. Please accept my condolences and I will update our records.” Someone needs training.
